Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 4:00PM Central will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 4:00PM Central will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except through prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you on bugzip.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused shipping or product availability.

Standard Delivery, as offered by bugzip.com, is primarily delievered by FedEx Ground. Standard Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, US military addresses and other US territories is primarily made by USPS Priority Mail. However, Vantzen Products, Inc. reserves the right to ship using the carrier of our choice for Standard Delivery. Expedited options are available at online checkout and will list exact carrier and price to be paid to bugzip.com.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases on our site. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon completion of your online order. An order number starting with prefix BZ will be assigned when payment is completed for future reference.

Vantzen Products, Inc. allows use of PayPal, Google Checkout and Amazon Simple Pay on bugzip.com for payment processing as a convenience to customers to be able to save credit card info online. However, Vantzen Products, Inc. is not responsible for policies, terms & conditions of these outside processors. Use outside processors at your own risk and discretion.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

See full warranty detail below. However, BugZip® is meant to be a one-time use disposable item. Use on multiple trips or in multiple locations will reduce the effectiveness of the product. Other retailers/distributors may have their own return policy or guarantee so check with your individual retailer for more information.

Vantzen Products, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser/user of the BugZip® Encasement that if the vinyl is torn (except by fault of user) or zipper non-functional upon opening of the product, Vantzen Products, Inc. will replace the Encasement, provided the user contacts Vantzen Products, Inc. at (800) 348-6912 (toll free) within 5 days after damage is detected for instructions to return Encasement. Encasement to be returned to Vantzen Products, Inc. only.

These express warranties are the sole warranties given by Vantzen Products, Inc. and shall extend only to the original purchaser. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS CONTRACT. IN NO EVENT SHALL VANTZEN PRODUCTS, INC. BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. The remedies provided in the express warranties are the sole and exclusive remedies of the original purchaser. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. However, all settlements will be made on the basis of actual cash value (replacement cost, less depreciation) and are limited to $200. This warranty is nontransferable.

BugZip® does NOT protect against bed bug bites to people or pets as protection is limited to contents of BugZip® encasements. While BugZip® has many advanced features designed to prevent bed bugs or other insects from crawling inside, it is not to be considered “bug-proof”. Use of this product is solely at the risk of the purchaser/user as BugZip® is intended to be opened and closed on a daily basis. As such user should always inspect articles before placing them inside the encasement and also should frequently inspect encasement to ensure that all seams and zipper mechanisms are functioning properly. If product begins to tear or zipper is not securing optimally, it is recommended that the product immediately be replaced with a new encasement, at purchaser's expense. Vantzen Products, Inc. will not be responsible for any pest control treatment costs, for replacement of any infested belongings or any other costs incurred due to infestation. While use of BugZip® will greatly reduce chance of infestation/reinfestation of encased belongings, there are still many opportunities for infestation to occur. Please consult your pest control expert for further information.

BugZip® encasements are a suffocation hazard. Do not zip any people or animals inside BugZip®, especially children or pets. Do not leave children unattended with BugZip®.

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered 4:00PM Central, or the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. We will make every attempt to contact you if any items are not available to ship within three business days.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Vantzen Products, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Vantzen Products, Inc. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are UNOPENED for 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund, excluding any outbound delivery charges paid, will be made to payment method used on original order. Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase and all costs will be paid by Vantzen Products, Inc. to correct the order.

Bugzip.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Illinois only. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales, use or other taxes.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Vantzen Products, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Vantzen Products, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
